In accordance with current UK Government guidance, up to 6 people from different households can now meet outdoors for exercise providing social distancing guidance is followed. I am therefore organising personal training sessions and small class sessions of up to 5 people outdoors in Chorlton Park. The exercise routines will consist of HIIT, Tabata and some cardio including shadow boxing drills and circuit training. Boxing padwork and precision boxing sticks will be available for PT sessions. The sessions will last one hour. If you have your own gloves and wraps please bring them along. If not I'll provide them. I have also produced some fitness videos (with music and exercise captions) accompanied with an exercise program so you can maintain your fitness levels at home or in your garden if you so wish . They are a fun way to get fit. Please message me if interested in booking a Boxing 121 or 122 session or a class session. All sessions will be held near the tennis courts in Chorlton Park, Nell Lane.
