I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one and dual training sessions for adults 18-65+ to help you achieve your Health & Fitness goals. Whatever your goals are: to become fitter, tone up, loose weight, build strength or just learn to box, I will be there supporting you every step of the way. The sessions will include Boxing fitness workouts & high intensity Tabata routines, (HIIT) guaranteed to burn alot of calories. Core, legs and upper body exercises are also included, therefore an overall body workout to get you fitter and stronger.
My training sessions currently take place outdoors in Chorlton Park, however I am flexible and can visit you at your home or a local park if you recide in the Chorlton or surrounding areas, whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also provide you with (if desired) fitness testing, a bespoke training program and general nutritional advice to maximise your training results.
