In accordance with current UK Government guidance, up to 6 people from different households can now meet outdoors for exercise providing social distancing guidance is followed. In addition there will be no sharing of equipment and no padwork involved. I am therefore restarting personal training sessions and small class sessions of up to 5 people from today. The exercise routines will consist of HIIT, Tabata and some cardio including shadow boxing drills and circuit training. The sessions will last anything from 10 to 30 minutes. Let's get you out in the fresh air and sun for a change and burn those calories. I have also produced some fitness videos (with music and exercise captions) accompanied with an exercise program so you can maintain your fitness levels at home or in your garden if you so wish .
