For those who would like to workout in a small group and spread the cost of a PT session amongst them, this PT class is ideal. The class lasts 1 hour and you will be thought all the skills that a 121 session includes. Payment of £48 for 4 classes per month to be made upfront. Credit will be given for missed classes provided 24 hours is given.
