The sessions will last between 30 & 45 minutes and will target the upper & lower body. The exercise routines will cover strength, endurance and cardio conditioning and are a great fun way to burn alot of calories. There will be at least 6 exercise stations to complete in one circuit and the session will aim at completing 3 to 4 circuits within 45 . Classes will be for up to 5 people only and social distancing applied. No equipment is necessary. The sessions will be held outdoors in Chorlton Park, Nell Lane.
