Small classes between 3 and 5 people. For a full class of 5 will be £5 pp. The prices are pay as you go however block sessions can be bought in advance for £30 pp (block of 6) and £45 pp (block of 10). The classes are high intensity and include pad work, core, legs and strength & conditioning exercises. Tabata HIIT routines can be included in the boxing classes or arranged as separate classes. In addition sessions can include use of an agility ladder for improving footwork and balance, body punching techniques with use of a body protector belt, a medicine ball for core exercises and using boxing precision sticks for speed and accuracy. The boxing classes last between 45 and 60m and separate Tabata classes last approximately 30m.
