Small Boxing Circuit classes for up to 6 people. Block sessions can be bought in advance for £40 pp (block of 6) and £60 pp (block of 10). Block sessions to be taken within 90 days of purchase. The classes are a mixture of high intensity and moderate cardio and include boxing pad work, core exercises, jump rope, legs and strength & conditioning exercises. The classes focus mainly on bodyweight exercises and basic boxing and pad work skills and follow the Hatton Academy Boxing For Fitness format. All levels of experience are welcome. The classes last between 45 and 60m. Payment to be made on booking a slot. All bookings should be made at least 24 hours prior to commencement of a class but late bookings may be accepted (subject to available slots ) provided the booking is made 4 hours before the class start time. If a minimum of 2 people book the class, the class will go ahead.

To avoid being charged, 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given. Credit will be given against a future class provided the relevant notice of cancellation is given within the time limit.
